Ouch.

Speed intervals today, and last time I did speed intervals (3 weeks ago), I had conquered 7.5mph, so I went up to 8mph today, and I also extended my total running time from 35 to 40 minutes. After several weeks of not running very much, and still being sore and tired from my purple belt test last weekend, and after a good core workout this morning, plus 40 minutes of P90X plyometrics earlier today.

Ouch.

So, short story - 2% incline, 8/4mph intervals at 4/1 minute durations.

Didn't come even close to making it through all the intervals - made it through 3 at 4/1, then 2 at 3:30/1:30, then 2 at 3:00/2:00, with the final interval of 2:45/2:15.

Well, next week should be better, I hope. :)
