started out well but did not realise I had a light breeze behind me so I might of set of too fast, but only found this after the turn. Had to up the effort for the return this caused a sore throat, first time in ages????. Followed the road round the sea front then down sea view then finally turned just past Canvey Supply. managed to get about 3 strides into my road before return bleeps went of.
