Notes
very much the same story as Monday but the wind was much stronger. 1st 3 miles were a little faster as more effort was needed miles 2 & 3 were into a head wind but worked very hard over these miles & was just outside the bleeps (8:15) at mile 4 now tired & with a long mile 5 ahead, I ended up 25 seconds behind the bleeps. not long after turned a bend, & the wind got behind me so I pushed on hard & managed to get to mile 6 just as the bleeps went of. kept the momentum going till the finish. where every thing was heaving with the effort (3:40 run in)
