where did this run time come from ? Set out almost asleep from a long dragged out day at work, legs tired. Running with no knee lift just getting feet in front as fast as possible. Not quite as windy as Monday but only a help in the last 2 miles. very pleased with the 2nd 3 miles as they were on the harder part of the rout with the sty's steps & up & down the sea wall all to break the rhythm.
