WU: 50min z1 - was challenging especially when I hit the MTK LRT

Really great weather for my first long ride outside for my Ironman training. I wanted some road/bike path and gravel but i didnt want to drive so I hit up the MTK LRT. It turned out to be pure mud with ice and water mixed in. Made for very slow going. Tried to manage HR and cadence the best I good. It was some tough work. Seemed to engage more muscles pedaling through that. Not just gliding along. Seems more whole body too.

2 Hammer bar = 420 cal - this was my first ride with them and i decided I like them better then Clif Bars. Hammer Bars are lighter flavor, easier to eat and more condensed. I think it will be a good choice.
