Foggy, drizzly. did james route to lillian
About as good as yesterday. tough to keep hr down but did a little better than yesterday. Left knee started hurting a little around 2.75 and 3.5. Did pick ups for the last quarter thus the better time. HR jumped to 165 but obviously didn't really effect the avg time.
