Notes

Took a spin class with the pi phi alumni club of NYC. It was a diff place than I've been and their class model was "teams" so your put into three color teams and they have lights in your section of your team color and during every sprint and hill they put a projector up of your teams combined output.. really fun and different and then they also have the leader of the pack which I made it in a few times so I wa super pumpeped!!!

Why did I run in college and not cycle what is life.
