Comment of the day: there was a time I was so behind on logging I was like what even is the point no one reads it and I did the workouts so why log it and then I realized that if you don't log it did it even happen?? Getting a bit philosophical but really. Also gotta keep the motivation for the HALF MARATHON!!!!!!! Should do a tempo thurs ugh someone keep me accountable that I said that *eye roll emoji*
