今天跑得多吃得少,自拍下肥厚的肩背,加油~~~不知是不是因为昨天的foam roller,腿疼好像有减轻。。。晚上回家,央外甥踩腿上做Thai massage。人家又睥睨又sweet的答应了,轻巧的站了上来。。。好轻很舒服。可是小家伙哪闲得住,踩了几脚就不动了,开始玩玩具。也懒得纠正,夸他几句平衡能力,这厮越发得意,开始show off,抓起小提琴居然就站我腿上拉了两只曲子!小姨趴地上享受着伴随各种颤音而来的重心变化位移按揉,真是幸福乐无边啊乐无边~~~
