Serious diarrhea today...

1mi: felt still weak and listless. continued on.

2-3mi: stopped to walk occasionally. couldn't figure out why I felt bad. running around the slough, windy.

4mi: uncomfortable stomach. used the restroom but nothing.

5mi: felt the first urge for diarrhea.

6-8mi: 2nd-4th times... losing water, feeling cold in the wind and struggled to run... finally stopped and walked back.

Felt like heaven when i finally arrived in the office... had 4 bowls of hot soups and still kind of shivering. Didn't have appetite for anything else... force myself to eat some desserts for the sugar.

Interestingly the diarrhea ONLY happened when running (both yesterday and today).

Reasons could be the flaxseed and wheat germ and mixed greens i took (all of which are excessive compared to normal), combined with the cold wind around shoreline area.

Lessons: don't run too far away w/o cash on a week day... stay around the lake if outdoors. Don't eat anything too much that i am not used to.
