Notes

虚荣心作祟,一直想跑个半哩把这个礼拜凑足个历史新高50mi。。。不过两条thighs以各种方式直接表示不配合,下一级楼梯都要选择许久的姿势。。。还是歇歇吧。

上周招待了国内来的旧友,现在国内朋友圈里都知道我黑得不象样了。。。我只在肚子里庆幸,还好他不是SC50之后来。。。

一整天的短袖中裤暴晒,只在早上8点半涂过防晒霜。。。傻乎乎的只知道在aid station做桥,不懂得补霜,原先放在那里的长袖也忘了拿来换。

腿上的蜜蜂蛰口昨天还肿着,今天就退到只剩了个红点,原来竟是来给我打气的啊 :)

背上被HRM磨出两个大水泡,洗澡时火辣辣的疼,所幸与这疼相联的是美好记忆,嗯,我不计较~
