Another day lack of energy. Planned to walk/jog 2mi to shuttle station, but woke up feeling tired and gave up.

1/4 waffle + condensed milk; 1C milk; smoked tuna and onion rings

1.5 bl of oatmeal and grits; 8 cubes of cheese; fried whole eggs, fried egg whites; quinoa, beans

10 pecans, 1/3 bag of walnuts, 1/2 bag of cashews, 5 strawberries, some watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe.

salmon sashimi, roasted chicken, roasted pork, mixed greens, cheese, tofu cubes, fried cabbage, mixed greens, roasted farro

afternoon (730)

1C soymilk (100), 2 bags of dried mango (244), 1 bag of apple chips(43), 1 banana (140), 1 kind bar (107), 3*5g chocolate (90)

dinner (500)

raw fish, greek yogurt, cereals, coconut juice, dark chocolates...... i forget
