Yoga has never been this painful. Failed in half of the poses, and did 50% as deep as before for the other half poses... Within 10minutes of the class, the instructor came to me and asked "do you have sore legs?... i can tell!" wow, so obvious? =)
It helped though; the kinks in the right quads and hamstrings felt a little relaxed afterwards. Also today I relied less on the handrails when walking downstairs.
Used sister`s running shoes to run the neighborhood. legs still sore, with prickly pain spots in the thigh muscles. 一边跑一边痛一边想,无论舒畅还是疼痛,都这么不离不弃,我算是真的爱上它了吗?
