2.25 mile easy warm up, then 2 X 2 miles of Tempo pace (started in low 8's and finished about 7:45) on the Bike & Hike. No struggling or crying during the workout, bonus :). It just felt like a strong effort and I was surprised I ran it faster (and enjoyed much more!!) than the tempo workouts I've been doing on the treadmill. Jogged the last .8 home to cool down.
