Ran from Lock 29 with Meredith and Beth. Meredith showed us a road section from Akron-Peninsula road that was like running in a landscape painting around a lake, through farmland and fall foliage. We took the Towpath back and met Lloyd and Rob for the last 2 miles. A chilly start to the day but enjoyed the sunshine and great company!
