Notes

Time and distance are conservative estimates. 30 min. jog warm-up, 6 X 90 second hill repeats on Valley Pkwy hill with 2:30 recoveries, 20 min. jog cool-down. Felt energized and good during the hill work but other than that dull and sluggish. Planned to get more miles with trail group after this run, but felt too tired so called this enough for a day.
