The rec center was closed due to power outage, so no treadmill run like I'd been looking forward to all day. I got my reflective jacket and hat on and headed out. The sidewalks were too icy to run on, so I had to be on the road the whole time. Not fun. Highland Drive is busy traffic wise with turns and hills and no shoulder so I was really cautious there. I ran as steady and strong as I could up in the Edgerton neighborhood since there is no traffic there and I did not have to slow to the side of the road over and over. The mileage is approximate because I got lost a bunch of times in the subdivision. Not the run I wanted but I am glad I am home safe from it!
