3 miles easy warm up, 4.5 Tempo pace miles in 35:15 (7:50 min/mi), half mile easy jog cool-down, then some walking after I stopped my watch. I changed the course for the T-pace portion slightly to be less downhill overall, and had headwind for most of it, so am pleased with the effort. My left lower leg has been a little inflamed this week. It cooperated for the run but I'll be giving it extra TLC.
