Notes

5 min elliptical warm-up, then: Stability Ball/Med Ball Squats (2 x 20); Triple Core parts 1&2 then Bridge with Leg Extensions (2 x 10 each side); Medicine Ball Lunges (2 x 20); Single Leg Balancing half-squat (2 x 20); Push-Ups and Rollovers (2 x 10); Deadlift w/Upright Row, One-Leg Push Press, One-Leg Biceps Curl superset (2 x 20); Elbow and Side Planks. Challenging and loved the new fitness center at work. It's so nice.
