After two eventful days in Frederick, Lloyd and I ran on a local high school track so we could run together but run our paces. I did the first two and last three miles easy. The other two, I made up a little fartlek to keep it fun and get a little turnover: run the straights hard and the corners easy. Both of those ended up being 8:30 m/m.
