Notes
We ran the Little Met trail in the Metroparks. It started more technical with a good climb and lots of trees down and roots, and then went downhill and flattened out to a more easy section. There was a small water crossing, too.
At the end I went up and down the big hill again to practice. The last time down the pebbly path, I felt like I got the hang of running downhill on trails and it felt like dancing.
My trail running pace is humbling! Yet it feels so much more difficult than road running 9 min/miles!
