Rainy 42F at 6:00 p.m. Interval date with Andrea as we had the track all to ourselves.

Workout of 4x 1200m @ Interval-pace (goal of 4:14 per interval, or roughly 5:40/mile pace.)

Splits: 4:20, 4:13, 4:10, 4:11

More difficult to run a workout without a training partner but it was good to have Andrea there. (She ran her 6x 800m set.) One of those days when not enthused to start in rainy weather, but as usual not bad once got going. Good jacket and hat helps, too.

8.25 miles warm-up and cool-down to make 11+ miles for the day.
