Versa-climber machine. Two minutes warm-up then climbed the Washington Mounument (555') in 3:26.
It's been a while (18 months) since last using the Versa when I was doing 5-min intervals. Set the bar pretty low today. HR and respiration maxed and I felt more smoked after 3 min of Versa than after any distance running race or interval. Humbling.
