A clunker workout. Planned workout of 6x 1200m @ Interval-pace (5:46 pace, or 4:17 per interval)
In the ongoing experiment of one, today's discovery is that treadmill intervals =/= road intervals. Had a hard time even coming close to my goal pace, or what I ran in recent weeks.
Splits: 4:35, 4:27, 4:34, 4:28
Bagged the rest. No A-game today. After the last few weeks on the treadmill, perhaps I expected too much. Or my road course was long. Unlikely.
Just one day in the big picture of things. Moving on.
