Run for Regis Winter Fun Run - 50k
Trail course in the Virginia Kendall unit of the Cuyahoga Valley NP. Nearly entirely on hard-pack snow. Temps in the mid-30s resulted in slushy and slippery snow. Ran fairly well for the first 20 miles then hit a wall of sorts. A terrific slow down in the final 5 miles. Good cause.
