Warmed up about 3 miles and a few strides before the workout. Cooled down about 2 miles. Weather ideal 50F and overcast on the UVA track.
Workout was 5x 800m @ Interval-pace (recovery 400m in 2:45) and 4x 200m @ Repetition-pace (recovery walk 200m)

Andrea did a similar workout at her own pace. Bunch of college-age runners around. Great atmosphere and facility.
