Notes

Workout of 6x half-mile @ Interval-pace; with 3 minute recoveries of ~0.25 mile. Run on the Hawthorne Parkway road course with Stacher. Aimed for 2:54 per interval.

Splits:

3:01, 2:48, 2:52, 2:47, 2:48, 2:40

Definately running a little fast...Stacher led each rep, roughly 5 seconds faster per. Not a good job pacing for me, all reps run with a positive-split except the last. Not bad for a first interval workout in a while, but definitely humbling.
