Notes

Lakewood track Workout was 6x1200 (or 6x 5min) with 1min recoveries. Pace has not changed: 6:40per mile. No problems with the workout. In regards to the taper, I've normally done 40min of T-pace per week. This being only 11 days prior to the race, I dropped the volume a bit.
