Took advantage of last day in San Diego to pile on some miles before returning to snowy Ohio. Mapped a loop (link above) circling Mission Bay including a trip around Fiesta Island. Planned on running the last 3 on the beach but the tide was in and footing too loose on the sand. Good depleting run although a rolled my ankle fairly hard in the very first mile.
