First interval workout in a while: 2x (2x 800m & 1x 1000m; with .25-mile recovery jogs).
Splits: 3:00, 2:53, 3:37, 2:59, 2:56, 3:35
Got going with the first one and had all the excuses tonight. Worked all day. Hot. No motivation. Second interval better but had to dig in a little to not bag it. Knowing that a few of my friends and trainees are working hard kept me going.
