3x (3x 0.25-mile); with 80 seconds rest between intervals and .25-mi jog between sets.
First set goal: 85/sec per (5k race pace)
Second set goal: 82-83/sec
Third set goal 79-81/sec
Splits:
82, 83, 80
80, 82, 80
77, 78, 79
