Somedays, the run doesn't go as planned. This was one of those days.

Planned to run up to the HS track to run intervals and kids practice ran well into the evening. No dice. Adjusted by running a few interval on the loop around the Meadows picnic area. Not ideal, but got a little work done.

5 mile warm-up and 1 mile cool-down. Workout was 5x 0.4 mile paved loop. Splits:

2:11, 2:09, 2:12, 2:12, 2:10

Still feeling sore and not at all as fresh as like this time last week.
