3x 15 minutes @ T-pace; with 3 minute rests. Workout is 51 minutes from start to finish.
High humidity a factor. Went more by feel than a set pace. Got a little farther in each workbout. Averaged 2.3 miles per 15 minutes.
Big workout. Done.
