8.3 miles on an out-back from Edgewater to Lakewood and the rest on the course for the NC24 (nine-tenth mile loop)
Yesterday was hottest day of the year and today is about the same.
Met a few folks at the NC24 training run, including a young grad student who has run 2:26 marathon. He's logging 200 mile weeks but has never run an ultra. Should be interesting one to watch.
