T-pace workout: 2x 5-km @ T-pace, with 3-4 minutes rest.

Started out 6:40 pace for first 1.5 miles, then 6:35 to 5km. Felt like I could have run the entire 10km in one segment, but wanted to set up video camera for a little self gait analysis, so I took the planned break. Second 5km 6:30-6:27 pace. Felt good and like I could have done more.
