Temps in high-70s. Felt good to sweat a little. Warm-up about 23 minutes, then two miles uptempo, and finished with 12 minutes cool-down.

Knee has felt fine so wanted to test it. For the 2mi, aimed for somewhere between Threshold-pace and target marathon pace (6:40-6:45/mile). Splits: 6:28, 6:34.

Workout proves nothing but it felt good to wake the legs up and add a level of reassurance regarding the knee. I'm excited for Saturday.
