Threshold-pace workout of 3x 10-minutes; with a 2 minute rest between. Averaged about 6:15/mile pace, or 1.6 miles per 10-minute workbout.

The run felt better as it went along. I nearly always feel less motivated to workout solo but appreciate it once its done.
