A peaking workout for Randy: 4x 2-miles @ T-pace; with 2:30 rests. Goal pace 6:15-6:20 per mile. 2 miles warm-up and cool-down made 12 miles total. Ran on the measured Bike-n-Hike path.

2-mile splits: 12:44, 12:28, 12:32, 12:24

I eased into target pace in the first cruise interval then locked in pretty well to the 6:15 pace. Ozzman always a step (or more) ahead and in control. The man is ready to roll.
