Warm-up 3.75, cool-down 2.5 miles. Training session with Randy on the dirt surface path.

"Cruise intervals" 4x 10 minutes @ threshold-pace (goal 6:20/mile); with 2 minute standing rests. 40 minutes total at pace. 46 minute workout from start-to-finish.

Not bad for first week back.
