Notes
Nice cool breeze. Added a new extension to the Meadows-Parkview run. Included Hillsdale and Hidden Canyon drives for what I thought was 9.5 miles out-and-back. Rolling hills throughout and felt like working harder than the pace indicates.
Turns out I got confused with the distance. Was 5.15 miles to the turn-around (8:01 pace) and since I was short on time had to hustle home. Returned in 3 minute negative split (7:30 pace)
Not bad for a Monday.
