Added an extra session of intensity this week. Workout was 3x alternating 400m and 800m at Interval-pace. Recovery half the distance. Cooler temps in the high-50s; one of the best running days in weeks.

Goal was to wake up the legs. Looking to race well at a 5-mile in eight days.
