Conference meet. Not to be cocky, and not to make excuses for myself, but I had been healthy I would have broken the field in the second mile and ran away with it. I stuck on the lead until my energy was gone. Bass got me by a few seconds. Joe really helped me out midrace. Can't wait for regionals...can't wait to show everyone how fit I actually am right now. But, for now, incredibly grateful I got to be a part of this conference champion team! JV perfect scored too. Proud to be a Knight.
