Rest was 45 seconds after the first 8 400s, and 60-80 seconds after the last 4 when I cut down the pace a bit. 400s were supposed to be 79, cutting down 2 seconds each for the last 4. Coach wanted me to do an up-tempo 800 at the beginning so I could get my HR up and run with the guys for a little bit, but it ended up being at the same thresh pace I was supposed to run the 400s.
This was actually a ton of fun. Watching everyone work out and race from the sidelines has been pretty hard. Loved being back in the thick of things. Legs are definitely not used to going fast, so they fatigued before my breathing got heavy. Decently hard workout.
