4 by 2 min, 6 by 30 sec, 4 by 2 min. 1 min after 2, 90s after 30s. First good workout in a while. Changed things up a bit from what Spitz gave me since the hill looked icy (originally was supposed to be 30 second hills) - just did the 30 sec reps on the flat on a relatively ice-free portion of road. The 2 min reps were about 50% on ice and/or slush, so I felt really good about hitting 4:50s on those. Hip and achilles were both very decent today as well.
