1kT, 4x(400, 300, 400, 200). 4s were at 5k, 3s and 2s were at mile. 60 seconds rest between everything except after the second 4, which had 30 second rest. 2-3 mins between each set. Super good day. Blake did it with me and we switched off leading reps which was fantastic. Felt super smooth on the 5k stuff. The 300 was a little tougher, probably was the hardest rep of each set. Even off 30 seconds rest, the 200 at the end of the set wasn't bad, because, well, it's a 200. Tyson who was doing a different workout raced me on the last 2, hence the 28. I won.
