This was rough. The time really doesn't show how rough it was. Went through 2k in 5:40 and absolutely blew up. Driving for 5 hours directly before this after 4 hours of lab didn't help. Sub 14:20 shape right now, pretty disappointed I didn't hit a time tonight.
