Fun workout with Josh this morning...Gosh it feels good to work out with someone. 800T, 3x(3x200). Paces were (mile, mile, 800), (mile, 800, mile), (800, mile, mile). 30 seconds rest within sets, 3 mins between sets. Pretty easy little speed session that still got a good lactic build up going towards the end of each set. Hopefully will do this same workout again in the near future either with more sets or faster paces.
