Notes

Most intense training day I have had for a long time. Did about 40 minutes of steeple drills on top of the run, 4 hard strides, and lifting. Hopefully, I didn't overdo it. Probably will take tomorrow off from cardio. Run was good today. HR stayed below 150 the whole time...in fact, I think it averaged close to 140bpm which is almost back to my normal HR range when I was in shape.
