Felt like complete trash this AM from being sick, so I opted out of my 5k at Grinnell, rested all day, and decided to work out in the evening. Actually had a baller workout. Did 4x(2 laps, 1 lap, 2x1/2 lap). Amp track is a bit over 500m. Legs felt super sluggish at the beginning but just kept getting faster as I went. Glad I was able to salvage this week after being sick.
