Paced Spencer Moon and Gunnar Shlender through half of their 10k in 14:52. Simpson coach paid me $300 and drove me up there, which was a sweet deal. Rained right before so the track was wet and the carbon plated shoes I brought were not the move. Gun went off and I slipped and fell right on my face. Worked up to the front by 200m, but just was never getting the traction I needed to feel smooth. Took care of business though. Didn't get in be until 3am. Oof.
